MICHAEL T. SUGLIA

Michael Suglia was recently employed as a Carson City Senior Deputy District Attorney in the civil division.

Mr. Suglia has considerable litigation and administrative law experience, and while working as a Deputy District Attorney, engaged in a diverse practice that included the defense of a civil rights lawsuit in federal court, appearances before the County and State Boards of Equalization, administrative appeals in District Court, and representation in a lengthy labor grievance hearing brought by a sheriff's deputy and prosecution of criminal misdemeanor cases. He also provided daily advice to City clients such as the assessor, treasurer, city manager, board of supervisors and planning commission.
